One Layer Christmas

Hello everyone,

It's Simplicity's One Layer Wednesday and today's challenge is to make a Christmas card. I know I should be thinking Christmas but I'm just not there yet!

The card base is from Recollections. The image is Denami Designs Christmas Holly Vine which was coloured with Sakura Gold Shadow Gelly Roll pens. The sentiment is Rubber Soul's Wordsworth Merry Christmas Script.
I love this card! Simplicity at it's finest. I have to say the Sakura pens are fabulous and will be perfect for colouring Christmas cards. I also have to mention the sentiment which is supremely forgiving as it doesn't have to be perfectly, 100% straight to still look great! The designer was brilliant!
I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.
