Love, Luck and Happiness

Hello everyone,

One of my colleagues has commissioned a wedding card for a friend who is eloping in Hawaii.  I remembered that I had a bit of this old Stampin' Up paper with hibiscus flowers which is just perfect!

The printed papers are Stampin' Up Pink Flamingo layered on Summer Sun and Whisper White.  The sentiment is Rubbernecker Best Wishes stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Whisper White and layered on Real Red.  The embellishments are Kaisercraft Pearl Strips.

This is such a cheery card, perfect for this particular wedding, and it certainly brightens things up on a cold and dreary winter night.  Between this card and yesterday's card, I'm channelling the tropics.  This is really old stock that I originally got for one of my daughter's birthday parties.  I wasn't too crazy about it but she loved it!  I've only a bit left and was wondering what on earth I would do with it.  I need more people to elope to Hawaii!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

  1. LOL! You need more people to elope to Hawaii. I'd volunteer but I hate to travel and my husband might object. This is a perfect card for the occasion. It is so bright and tropical. I love that it is so non-traditional for weddings but it works awesome for this one.
