Father's Day is coming really quick but for my father, it's tomorrow. We're celebrating a titch early as my brother is visiting. A card is simply a must have.
I used a new sketch challenge for this card - What if Wednesday from Repeat Impressions Blog.
The paper is all Stampin' Up - Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Sweet Pea, Tempting Turquoise, Very Vanilla. The Chocolate Chip stripes are textured with Sizzix Small Dots. The focal images are Sizzix Birds & Blooms and Little Leaves. The brads are Making Memories. The sentiment is Waltzingmouse Say It With Style.
My father has a real affinity for birdwatching and I thought he would enjoy the dimensional aspect of the focal bird. I also liked using a different sentiment instead of the traditional 'Happy Father's Day'. This works because Father's Day is - just for him.
Please enjoy and come back to SPI again soon.

How lovely, Gisele! I love how you designed your card with the sketch. Fun papers and the bird image, too! Thank you for joining the WIW? challenge with us.
