The sentiment is Sweet and Sassy Birthday Greetings stamped in Stampin' Up Rose Romance on Whisper White. The embellishment is a Multicrafts brad.

These are such pretty girl cards. The first card doesn't have sparkle but that amazing flower packs a big punch (ha! ha!). I love the sparkle on the second card. This is the outline sticker that got me on the glitter card kick. Thank goodness!
