Doggy Thanks

Hello everyone,

Last weekend, two dogs from the dog walking group needed a river rescue after venturing too far out onto the river.  I was asked to craft a couple of thank you cards for the wonderful fire fighters who came to their rescue.

The printed paper is DCWV The Pet's Stack layered on Stampin' Up Baja Breeze and textured Chocolate Chip.  The image is layered on Certainly Celery and more textured Chocolate Chip.  The sentiment was printed on my computer and layered on Baja Breeze.  The images are Plaid All Night Media Cats.

My friends were pretty specific in what they were looking for in their request.  They provided me with some great photos and pretty decent sentiments.  I adapted it somewhat but I'm sure they'll like it all the same.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Beeing Thankful

Hello everyone,

Today's card is for my daughter's curling coach who is chauffeuring the team this weekend.

The printed paper is BasicGrey Urban Prairie layered on Close To My Heart Crystal Blue.  The image is Hero Arts Thank You Tree stamped in Stampin' Up Soft Suede on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Martha Stewart Pastel Mini Pearls and Multicrafts.  The hemp is from Darice.

Coach runs a very successful farm so I wanted to craft a very natural card and I figured the tree, the hemp and the bees would fit that bill.  I really love the results.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Baby Boy Blue

Hello everyone,

Today's card, is the complete opposite of yesterday's Baby Boy card.

The printed paper is DCWV Baby Boy layered on Stampin' Up Bordering Blue and Recollections.  The sentiment is American Crafts Baby stamped in Bordering Blue on Whisper White and layered on more Bordering Blue.  The ribbon is Celebrate It Sheer Creations Ribbon.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Licorice Opaques.

I love this card!  Without the fussiness and the great shades of blue, it's the perfect baby boy card.  This uses almost the last of my Bordering Blue cardstock.  I love the wonderful grey tones to this paper and am debating trying to find some more - thank you Ebay!  I think I may try a baby girl version.  This card is so different from yesterday's vintage creation.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

PS - My colleague chose yesterday's vintage card.  This one goes into my stash.

Vintage Baby Boy

Hello everyone,

One of my colleagues commissioned a baby boy card and I couldn't decide upon a vintage card or something more trendy.  So I did one of each and let her pick her favourite.

The printed paper is all Graphic 45 Little Darlings layered on Recollections.  The vertical elements are Stampin' Up Very Vanilla cut with Martha Stewart's Quilted Edge punch.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Short and Sweet stamped in Close To My Heart Twilight on Very Vanilla.  The ribbon is Craft Smart.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Pearl Opaques.

Every card that I've crafted with this paper has been just lovely.  I'm not really big on vintage cards but this paper lets me use my usual style with results that really appeal.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Pretty Pandas

Hello everyone,

This is the last of the 'thank you' cards I had on my list.  It is for my own, panda-loving daughter who was an amazing help not only during the actual day of the Crop but also in the hours of prep ahead of time.

The printed paper is an leftover piece of origami paper of unknown origin layered on Recollections.  The image is Serendipity stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Stampin' Up Whisper White and layered on Orchid Opulence and more Recollections.  The bamboo in the image was coloured with a Tombow marker.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Thoughtful Messages stamped on Versafine Onyx Black.  The embellishments are My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing Enamel Dots.

Are these two panda bears not super cute?  I always keep an eye out for appealing panda stamps as both my daughter and my sister are big fans.  It does make crafting cards for these two really straightforward.  This is one little scrap that was gifted to me from persons unknown.  I was quite pleased with myself for being able to match is so well with papers from two entirely different sources.

I love crafting all these 'thank you' cards for all the volunteers who help with the Crop.  We couldn't pull off this event without their help.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Feminine Floral

Hello everyone,

I interrupted my thank you card project to post the Christmas One Sheet Wonder I worked on a couple of weeks ago.  Today's card is for one of the young ladies who helped us at the fundraising Crop at the end of February.

The printed paper is BasicGrey Euphoria, layered on Stampin' Up Whisper White, Baja Breeze and Pale Plum.  The Baja Breeze layer was textured with Darice Flower embossing folder.  The vertical strip is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Everyday Sayings stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Oregon Raindrops.

This isn't exactly what I had in mind when I set out to craft this card.  I was thinking turquoise and pink.  When I saw this BasicGrey paper, it somehow turned into denim and pink.  No matter, I just love this card.  I was shocked (OK, maybe not so much) that I had an embossing folder that couldn't work any better with this paper.  It was like they were made for each other.  It certainly helped this card come together so wonderfully.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Christmas Favourite

Hello everyone,

Today's post, number twelve, is the last Christmas card in this series.  Only two bonus cards this time around.  No worries, there will be many more One Sheet Wonders - I just got some really great butterfly papers.

The card base is Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and American Crafts Crimson.  The background image is Penny Black A Wish For Piece stamped in Versamark and highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The sentiment is Bonnidee Layering Trees stamped in Real Red.  The embellishments are Annabelle Stamps Pearls and Pearl Drops.

Next to card 10, this is my favourite.  I love the holly image coming out the angled focal point.  I love how the image fits just perfectly under the vertical strip.  I love this configuration of pearls.  There is nothing I don't love about this card.

I hope you enjoy this card and this series and come back to SPI again soon.

Bonus Greetings

Hello everyone,

Whenever I use this One Sheet Wonder template with the smaller bases, I always get a couple of extra cards as I have to trim down some pieces.  It's fun to see just how many extras I crafts.  This is card eleven.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Stampin' Up Garden Green and American Crafts Crimson.  The sentiment is Impression Obsession, stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White, layered on American Crafts Crimson, and highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The embellishments are Kaisercraft Green Pearls.

I'm certain I've used this stamp before but I don't remember it being so challenging.  It took me a couple of tries before I realized that it was the stamp, not the stamper that was off kilter.  I'm not sure I like it all that much on this card.  It would work better with some vintage Christmas paper.  Still, not the worst card I've ever crafted.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Holly Strip

Hello everyone,

There are only a couple of more cards left in this series.  This is card number twelve.

The card base is Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, layered on American Crafts Crimson and Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The vertical image is Stamp Barn which was clear heat embossed and painted with LuminArte Golden Jade and Poppy Red Twinkling H2Os.  The sentiment is an old Stampin' Up stamp from an unknown series, stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The brad is American Crafts Elements mini jewel brads.

I've used this particular border stamp a number of times and I always love the results.  It is really easy to paint or colour.  I really wanted to add a tag as it goes with the punches that I have, I just wish I'd done something with holly on it.  I thought of adding a holly sticker, but it was just too much.  Sometimes you just have to let the holly go.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Wonderful Words

Hello everyone,

Today I have card number eleven for you.

The card base is Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The sentiment is Technique Tuesday Celebrate The Seasons stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The vertical strips are also American Crafts Crimson.  The embellishments are Queen & Co Classy Red Rhinestones.

This card is all about the vertical!  I really love this particular stamp.  It is has a great font and fantastic vertical layout.  Perfect for the types of cards I love to craft.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Beautifully Bordered

Hello everyone,

Today I'm posting card ten.  It's a beauty!

The card base is Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on American Crafts Crimson and Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The white layer was punched with Martha Stewart Gothic Arches border punch.  The sentiment is Penny Black Christmas Flourish stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on American Crafts Crimson.

This is one of my favourites in this Christmas series.  I just love how this border just pops against the green card base.  I purposefully kept the rest of the card really simple because anything more would have been totally over the top.  I've a number of great Martha Stewart border punches and I can wait to try something like this again.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Incredibly Inked

Hello everyone,

Today is card number nine.  A very spectacular card number nine!

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.   The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Stampin' Up Garden Green and American Crafts Crimson.  The image is DeNami Design coloured with Real Red and Garden Green ink then stamped on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on more Crimson.  The holly berries are highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The embellishments are Want 2 Scrap Red Baby Bling.

This particular card is all about the great image.  Like most of my holly stamps, I just couldn't resist putting this in my basket.  I love that it combines the sentiment in a wonderfully artistic font.  This is a pretty large stamp for these smaller cards but it facilitated incorporating another two somewhat awkward pieces of this particular template.  After colouring the image with markers, I blew on the image to reactivate the ink before stamping.  This trick works every time!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Bits of Holiday Bling

Hello everyone,

Today's card, number eight in this series, is all about balance.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The sentiment is DeNami Design, stamped in Stampin' Up Garden Green on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on more Crimson and Garden Green.  The embellishments are Queen & Co Classy Red Rhinestones.

I find these two pieces in this One Sheet Wonder template somewhat challenging.  They don't offer much by way of options so I ended up using a tried and true layout.  I centered the sentiment element and added some bit of Christmas bling to both sides to provide the ever important balance.  It turned out great!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Magical Season

Hello everyone,

Today is card seven in this Christmas One Sheet Wonder series.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Stampin' Up Garden Green and American Crafts Crimson.  The sentiment is Penny Black Christmas Cheer stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The embellishments are Jolee's All That Bling Red Studs.

This is another really simple card.  A straight forward layout with a great sentiment and a bit of bling.  This card would be perfect for a male though that wasn't what I was thinking when it was crafted.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Sparkling Holly

Hello everyone,

Today's card, number six in this series, puts me straight back in my comfort zone.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Stampin' Up Garden Green and American Crafts Crimson.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Holiday Sayings stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on more Garden Green.  The holly strip is Recollections Glitter Tape.

I don't often use ribbon or tape, I just don't think of pulling it out.  I really debated buying this tape but the holly was just too pretty.  To make sure I don't forget about it, I'm storing it with the rest of my Christmas embellishments.  Expect to see more of it down the road.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Simple Season's Greetings

Hello everyone,

Today I'm posting the fifth card in this Christmas One Sheet Wonder series.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper is of unknown origin which is layered on Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The sentiment is Impression Obsession Christmas Sentiments stamped in Real Red on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on a flower punched from Real Red.  The card is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.

For someone who is rather adverse to non-square shapes, I really pushed my boundaries with a triangle and a circle on one card.  Actually, it didn't really stress me all that much.  I like how the circle provides some visual balance to the card.  This visual balance, which pleases the eye even if we don't realize it, is why I have problems with round shapes (such as flowers) and triangles (such as Christmas trees).  Once I figured out this design truth, crafting cards like this became much less stressful.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Merry Metallic Christmas

Hello everyone,

Today I've got card four in this Christmas One Sheet Wonder series.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper is of unknown origin.  The sentiment is Stamp Barn stamped in Stampin' Up Garden Green on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The embellishments are TPC Studio Holly Jolly Glittered Brads.

This card couldn't really be an simpler.  It will be perfect to give to a male colleague.  Maybe this one stays in my stash for just that purpose.  I don't know why these are considered Glittered Brads as they are a wonderful green metal.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Happy Holly Days

Hello everyone,

While doing away with the roman numerals, I've lead myself down the path of coming up with interesting or witty post titles.  Numbers may have been easier, we'll have to see.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on more Bazzill Basics 1023 White and Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The bottom layer was stamped with Rubber Cafe Solid Holly C-342 in Garden Green ink and highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Very Merry Christmas stamped in Garden Green on Bazzill Basics 1023 White and layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The embellishments are Want 2 Scrap Red R Baby Bling.

As those who've followed my blog for a while know, I just love holly.  I've got paper, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, die cuts, and goodness knows what else in 'holly'.  I probably won't ever be able to use all the 'holly' I've got and I still find more that I just can't live without.  This background stamp is a case in point.  It is small and delicate and will be so very easy to use in a myriad of ways.  I can't wait to try them all.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Gisèle

PS - I may have gone a little overboard with the bling.  In hindsight, the card may look like it has the chicken pox.

It's A Wonderful Christmas

Hello everyone,

I'm getting smarter with this particular One Sheet Wonder.  No roman numerals in these titles.  Today I'm posting the card in this Christmas series.

The card base is Stampin' Up Garden Green.  The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The sentiment is Penny Black Christmas Cheer stamped in Real Red ink on Bazzil Basics 1023 White.  The embellishments are Queen & Co Iridescent Rhinestones.  The card is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.

Another super simple Christmas card.  A great paper, simple layout and just a little bit of sparkle make for a great card.  It's what I just love about a One Sheet Wonder.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Holly Christmas

Hello everyone,

I know, I know, we've not even hit Easter and I'm doing Christmas.  It was expedient.  My neighbor organized a cardmaking weekend and invited me over for some girl time.  I didn't have much of a chance to prepare so I decided to stick with tried and true - a Christmas one sheet wonder.

The card base is Bazzill Basics 1023 White.  The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on American Crafts Crimson.  The sentiment is Rubber Cafe G-751 Merry Christmas stamped in Stampin' Up Real Red on the Bazzill white and layered on more AC Crimson.  The embellishments are EK Success Harvest Dots.

For the life of me, I don't know who manufactures this printed paper.  If anyone knows, please leave me a comment.  This is a great series of cards.  I don't know if I'm going to put them in my stash or put them aside for the Fall card sale at the office.  Either way, these wonderful cards won't be wasted.

I hope you enjoy this card and this series and come back to SPI again soon.

Star of Thanks

Hello everyone,

This is one of my favourite card in the Crop 'thank you' series.

The printed papers are BasicGrey Hello Luscious.  The focal element is layered on Stampin' Up Very Vanilla and two green scraps of unknown origin.  The sentiment is Verve Amazing Wishes stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Very Vanilla and layered on another green scrap.  The ribbon is of unknown origin.  The embellishment is Crafts Pearl Halves.  The card is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.

The last time I crafted this flower, there was a comment asking for the 'how-to'.  I never got around to posting the directions so I'm going to do it this time around.  Three contrasting papers are needed.  Cut two, 2 5/8" squares from one of the papers.  Glue the two squares together, offsetting them by 90 degrees, to make a star shape.  Cut four, 1 1/4" squares from each of the other papers for a total of eight squares.  Slightly offset each square, attach the 1 1/4" squares, alternating papers, to each corner of the star.  Add an embellishment to the center of the star to finish the center of the element.

Once you have the dimensions, this is a very easy element to recreate.  I love all the different greens in this card. They all work so beautifully with the creamy vanilla. As I keep looking at this lovely quilted flower, I realized I should have more of a contrasting paper to pop the quilted aspect better. It reminds me of a really old, well-loved quilt.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Scraps of Thanks

Hello everyone,

Today's card is for another of the young ladies that helped with the Crop.

The printed paper is BasicGrey Out Of Print layered on Stampin' Up Lucky Limeade, more Out Of Print and So Saffron.  The top Lucky Limeade scrap was punched with Martha Stewart Infinite Loops Punch.  The brads are Crafts, coloured with a Pink Sharpie and highlighted with White Opal Liquid Pearls.  The sentiment is Verve Celebration of Thanks stamped in Versafine Onyx Black.

Once again, I was in the mood for something Spring-inspired and feminine.  I used only scraps from my bin for this card.  I bought the brads at the Dollar store and have some really terrible inserts.  I remove the inserts (they're easy to peel off), colour with a Sharpie and cover them with the Liquid Pearls.  The pink bleeds through a bit, adding a pink shimmer to the brads.  These are so much nicer than the originals.  Versatile too, as I can tailor them to coordinate with anything.

I hope you enjoy these cards and come back to SPI again soon.

Plaid Thanks

Hello everyone,

Today's post is another Crop 'thank you' card, designed for a guy in mind.

The printed paper is BasicGrey Oliver layered on Stampin' Up Wild Wasabi.  The vertical element is textured Night of Navy.  The sentiment is Purple Sky Limited stamped in Night of Navy on Whisper White.  The brads are Making Memories.

This is a really simple masculine card.  A great scrap of BasicGrey, some wonderful coordinating colours and a few brads.  How much better could it be?

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Bird Beauty

Hello everyone,

While I was sorting through my paper, looking for inspiration, I came across a kit that included a sheet of wonderful die cuts.  Why not?

The printed paper is My Mind's Eye Bloom & Grow layered on Stampin' Up Bravo Burgundy and Old Olive.  The die cut is also My Mind's Eye Bloom & Grow which is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The sentiment is Inkadinkado Expressions stamped in Bravo Burgundy on Very Vanilla and layered on textured Old Olive.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Mocha Opaques.

This card is much more autumnal than I intended as I'm desperately seeking some 'Spring Fling' at the moment.  I was really inspired by this very pretty bird, which makes me think of the Partridge Family, but there is just something irresistible about it.  There is a second bird on the sheet of die cuts so it will be interesting to see what I come up with next time.  The colour options with this kit are pretty much limitless as you can see by the different colours in the leaves on the printed paper.  It took me forever to choose coordinating paper that wouldn't camouflage the bird.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Pretty In Pearls

Hello everyone,

I was in the mood for pretty today and this card is just that.

The printed paper is Stampin' Up Shades of Spring layered on Chocolate Chip and Pretty In Pink.  The sentiment is Gina K Block Greetings stamped in Chocolate Chip.  The embellishments are Crafts Pearl Halves.

This card couldn't be any simpler.  A great sheet of paper, coordinating colours and perfect pearls and voila, an awesome card.  It is evocative of Spring (for which I'm desperate) and is so very pretty.  I couldn't affix enough pearls on this card.   I just love everything about this card.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Flowery Thank You

Hello everyone,

I'm more than ready to see the snow melt and welcome Spring.  My next few cards are full of spring promise.

The printed papers are Stampin' Up Beyond The Garden.  The image is Hero Arts La Lettre stamped in Wild Wasabi on Whisper White and layered on Wild Wasabi.  The sentiment is Close To My Heart For Every Occasion stamped in Pacific Point on Whisper White and layered on Pacific Point.  The embellishments are Doodlebug Baby Boy Assortment mini pearls.

I really braved white space on this card and quite like the light and airiness of this card.  The fine outlines of the flowers speak to the different fonts and is really works.  The colours are a bit all over the place but given the white space, I think it's great.  Of course, the layout is a favourite too!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Brilliant Birthday

Hello everyone,

I'm interrupting my 'thank you' card blitz for this super cheerful birthday card for my niece.

The printed paper is Me & My Big Ideas Mambi Sheets layered on scraps of Stampin' Up Green Galore, Pink Passion and Daffodil Delight.  The sentiment is Close To My Heart Joyful Birthday stamped in Melon Mambo on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Recollections Adhesive Rhinestones.

I think this is one fabulous birthday card for a young girl.  It is as cheerful and sweet as yesterday's card thanks to this wonderful Mambi Sheets paper.  I love using scraps in layouts, finding interesting ways to layer all the different elements.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Busy Thank You

Hello everyone,

Today's card was hours in the making.  I just couldn't seem to get the creative juices flowing and laboured over this one.

The printed papers are Me & My Big Ideas Mambi Sheets layered on Stampin' Up Green Galore.  The horizontal strips were cut with an EK Success Bangle Chain Trim punch from Daffodil Delight, Pink Passion and Green Galore.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Thank You Messages stamped in Melon Mambo on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Recollections Adhesive Rhinestones.

We had a number of young ladies help us with the Crop and I wanted to make them some really cheery thank you cards.  This card certainly fits that bill and I love it!  It may have been a challenge to pull together but when I finally finished it, it was worth it.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Bird of Thanks

Hello everyone,

Today's post is another 'thank you' card for one of the many folks who helped us with our charity crop last weekend.

The printed paper is K&Company Que Sera Sera In Bloom layered on Stampin' Up textured Crushed Curry and DCWV Textured Pastels.  The image is Close To My Heart Fabulous You stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White and layered on more DCWV Textured Pastel.  The sentiment is Verve Amazing Wishes stamped in Soft Suede. The embellishments are Doodlebug baby boy assortment mini pearls.  The entire card is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.

Oh the things you can do with a wonderful sheet of printed paper.  Of course, I was also inspired by the new stamp set that came in my latest Close To My Heart order.  This is not the usual type of stamp I buy but I found this set particularly appealing.  I'm certain I'll get a lot of use from it.  I have a few ideas in mind...

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Pretty Thanks

Hello everyone,

Today's Thank You card takes advantage of a new Close To My Heart order that I got this week.

The printed paper is Close To My Heart is My Reflections Chantilly layered on Twilight.  The focal panel is Buttercup stamped with Heartfelt Creations Large Elegant Word Background in Stampin' Up Daffodil Delight and layered on more Twilight.  The sentiment Verve Celebration of Thanks stamped in Twilight ink on Very Vanilla.  The embellishments are My Mind's Eye Lost & Found 3 Oliver Enamel Dots.

I was just in the mood to put something on an angle.  I really like this layout, it is very different from my usual.  This new CTMH paper is just beautiful.  There is one sheet I especially love and which you'll soon see as a one sheet wonder.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Slices of Thanks

Hello everyone,

Today's Thank You card is for another grocery store which also provided the crop a gift card to help cover food costs.

The printed paper is Stampin' Up Berry Blossoms layered on Lucky Limeade and Whisper White.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Curly Cute stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Whisper White.  The brads are Making Memories.

I love how fresh this card appears.  For some reason, I find these fruit slices particularly appealing.  I did a similar card last year but this one has, what I think is, a more sophisticated layout.  I really like the rounded corners and can't figure out why I don't do them more often.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.
